Can I make changes to my order?

We start working on your order as soon as we receive it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed so make sure all entered information is accurate before ordering.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries, except for Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.

Do you provide tracking?

You will be sent an email with a tracking number once it has been shipped. Note: to maintain efficiency, your orders may be shipped separately.

Are there custom fees?

There may be customs fees applied to imported shipments, based on each country’s import regulations.
